How a staffing desk became a technology services firm.
We are deliberately not the largest firm in this market. We are structured so the person who scoped your engagement is still reachable a year into it.
Our Story

Founded placing software engineers into financial services firms in Philadelphia. Three recruiters, one vertical, and a rule that we would not submit a candidate we had not spoken to.
The first project team
A client asked us to supply not five engineers but a team with a lead who would own the delivery. We said yes, hired a delivery manager, and accidentally started a services business.
Consulting practice formed
Too many engagements were beginning with a client asking what they should build. We hired our first principal consultant rather than continuing to answer that question for free.
Managed services launched
Clients kept asking who would run the systems we had built for them. Rather than hand them to a third vendor, we built an operations practice with real service levels.
Global delivery
Opened delivery and recruiting operations in Bengaluru and Toronto, enabling follow-the-sun managed services and capability-centre build-outs for clients scaling offshore.
Four practices, one accountability
Solutions, consulting, managed services and talent — structured so a client can move between them without onboarding a new vendor. That structure is the entire proposition.
